Short and specific to the service, so the professionals we introduce you to already understand your situation before they get in touch. You can see the questions for any service before you start.
We match you
We look at the service you need, your city, the language you want to be helped in, whether the work is online or in person, and whether the professional is verified and currently taking on new clients. Where the work is regulated, only professionals whose credentials we have checked are considered.
They get in touch — you choose
Each professional decides whether to take your request. Only once one of them accepts can they see your contact details. You are under no obligation to any of them.
Straight answers
What does it cost me?
Nothing. Asking is free, and you are never charged for being matched.
Who sees my contact details?
Only a professional who has accepted your request. Until that moment they can see what you need, but not who you are.
How many people will contact me?
A small number, and only ones suited to your request. We are not a directory that broadcasts your details to everybody on it.
Do I have to use anybody you suggest?
No. If none of them suits you, that is the end of it.
Can I be helped in my own language?
Yes. Tell us which language you want, and we weigh that when we match you — including when you are reading the site in a different one.
